Hubei Hexing Packaging and Printing Co., Ltd. is one of the largest paper products packaging enterprises in Hubei Province, with domestic first-class intelligent high-speed corrugated board production line, with an annual output of more than 500 million square meters. As a leading enterprise in the province, Hubei Hexing also actively responds to the call of the group and the local government, and follows the concept of green, low-carbon and circular development. In order to reduce the energy consumption of products and efficiently treat the waste water and gas generated in the production process, the Hubei Hexing team has continuously explored and put forward the scheme of "using water-based ink instead of oily ink and purifying treatment through photooxidation catalytic system". On average, it can reduce organic exhaust gas emissions by 45% per year. While reducing exhaust emissions, waste water can be recycled and reused through the "filtration + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis membrane process".
